Mark joined Keystone in 2017 with over 10 years of remote support customer service. Joining as a Level 2 Engineer on the Support team, Mark is dedicated to assisting all team members in growing and accomplishing goals. As a Level 2 Engineer, he can been seen as an escalation point for anyone needing assistance or support.

Mark started his technical experience at Cuyahoga Valley Career Center as a student and employee.
