Ian joined Keystone in 2018 as a Support Engineer. He is a a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics.
With a client-centric focus, Ian is able to alleviate stress and frustration that customers sometimes feel with technology by providing insight to increase their understanding of the systems put in place. He wants to make IT accessible to everyone. Additionally, he works to get the most out of our technology, creating solutions that simplify processes and get to the root cause of the problem so it can be fixed at that level, rather than merely fixing symptoms. Ian has a diverse background and skillset which he uses to bring out-of-the-box ideas to the discussion.
Since coming to Keystone, Ian has thrived on the camaraderie and being surrounded by intelligent people. Outside of Keystone, Ian enjoys working on vehicle and home repairs, tinkering with his home technology and cooking.
