Challenge: Willory was a newly formed business when they engaged Keystone Financial. Starting from square one, Willory needed significant help as their own internal resources were limited. In short,  they needed an outsourced accounting department.  Tasks required included tracking hours for and compensating contractors electronically, invoicing clients on a very frequent basis and delivering financial reports to the owner on a regular basis for an understanding of cash flow and profitability.

Challenge: Victory Solutions requires an extremely labor intensive accounting process; primarily around its complex billing structure.  Just one example of the unique challenges is Victory needs to track, account, and bill for dial tone usage. Additionally, in growth mode, Victory did not have strong internal accounting experience.  This left lots of room for process and reporting mistakes – and significant need for improvement.
