Bill joined the Keystone in 2016 as the youngest member of the team. While he came in with the intent to learn, he did his part to become part of the team. After some time to adapt to the system, Bill has become a knowledgeable level 1 support that assists customers with a little bit of everything. Whether that be Client Setups, Projects, or Support Tickets, you can count on Bill to always be willing to lend a hand in getting the job done.

He is attending Stark State College and is a huge Cleveland sports fan.
